Our very quiet, traffic-free location and its scenic surroundings with views over the Eisack valley turn Lodge Trametschhütte into an ideal retreat for your family holiday. You will find us on the Plose, the local mountain of Brixen, where the Eisack valley displays its natural beauty and the Dolomites begin. The Lodge Trametschhütte is located above the valley station of the cable car Mount Plose and is easily accessible for visitors by car (large parking lot next to the house), hikers, and skiers.

As a guest in our Lodge Trametschhütte, you may take advantage of the BrixenCard for a daily free return ride with the cable car Plose. In no time at all you will reach the magnificent panoramic Mount Plose, where the Dolomites lie at your feet. When hiking on Mount Plose you may choose among an extremely attractive variety of itineraries. And if you have your children with you, the family hiking trail WoodyWalk is of course an ideal option.
Cool Mountain Bike Trails
Mount Plose counts among the most popular destinations for mountain bikers. Not only the beautiful scenic tours, but also the challenging single trails and the spectacular downhill route magically attract bikers. Particularly popular is the ascent with the Plose cable car, which takes you comfortably to the starting point at an altitude of 2,050 m. Enjoy a speedy ride with the Mountain Carts on the 10-km trail from Val Croce to the Lodge Trametschhütte.
